• We are a small family farm and workshop located at 5330 Beam Hill Rd in Marion, New York in the beautiful Finger Lakes region.

  • Yes! We are happy to arrange local pickup at our farm in Marion, NY. Pickup is by appointment only. In fact, pickup is the only option we offer for our live birds, fresh eggs and baked goods (shipping not available for these items).

  • We currently raise American Buff, French Toulouse, and Embden geese. All are pasture-raised on our 9.5-acre farm.

  • We started raising geese in 2020 with our first group of 5 American Buff goslings, mostly out of curiosity and a desire to become more self-sufficient on our small farm. Morgan knew he wanted to raise birds of some kind, and after researching chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys, we settled on geese. What began as a fun experiment quickly turned into a passion!

We love geese because they are incredibly beautiful, entertaining, and friendly birds. They’re excellent grazers that help keep our pasture managed naturally. They’re extremely well suited for life in upstate NY. They manage just fine in our cold winters, often choosing to nestle down into the snow banks instead of sheltering in their cozy house. They can be quite loud at times, and always alert us to anything they see as a threat (they really like to yell at big trucks and motorcycles driving by). We truly enjoy watching them forage, swim, and raise their own goslings each year.

Most of all, we discovered how rich and delicious goose eggs are — they make the best baked goods! Raising our own geese allows us to offer fresh, high-quality eggs and healthy goslings while sharing a small piece of farm life with others.

It’s become one of our favorite parts of living on our homestead in Marion, NY.

  • We are not currently open for regular public visits, but our roadside farm stand is anticipated to be opening summer/fall 2026!

  • We currently accept cash and Venmo for local pickup orders.

  • We require a minimum order of 2 goslings for birds under 6 weeks old.

Goslings are highly social flock animals. Raising a single gosling alone can lead to stress, loneliness, and behavioral issues. They do much better — and are happier and healthier — when they have at least one companion.

We occasionally make exceptions for 1 gosling if you already have other geese or ducks at home. We’re also happy to discuss individual situations — just let us know in your reservation request!

Our goal is to help you start (or grow) a healthy, happy little flock.
